Kerns Landscaping - Woodland Themes
We often built woodland gardens in the Catskills.  Many local properties lend themselves perfectly to a combination of woodland themes and gardens, with shade-loving plants of the edges of the woodland and a variety of plants in sunny clearings, just as seen on this page.  We would be happy to visit you to discuss plans for your property in the area.
The Ciampa house is a woodland, on a hillside. Beautiful as our woods are in the summer, and spectacular in the Fall, they lose color for many months. We have supplemented the original trees with many evergreen trees and bushes. Click to see more photos of the project.
